That is one of the most important questions isn't it! 
Generally my turnaround time is a maximum of 2 weeks from payment to dispatching your order. This gives me time to design - cut - paint your order. Everything is made from start to finish here at Pixies Attic.

Of course! There is nothing more satisfying than creating something just for you!
It's always best to contact me prior just in case I have a high volume in orders. Turnaround times are longer for custom orders due to the design process.

I charge a flat rate to all UK customers of £4.00, all orders are sent fully tracked so you will be able to see its fully journey from me to you.

Delivery times can vary. However all orders are generally received between 3-5 days after I have dispatched them.

The one thing I can say is that because I send your order fully tracked, the courier will also email you with an expected delivery date. In the event you think you may not be home, you are more than welcome to leave a note at the checkout or email me with a safe place for delivery. The courier generally attempts to deliver your order 3 times.

In the event you're urgently needing your order within the 2 weeks, please reach out to me prior to ordering. Please email me at [email protected] with as much information as you can, ie. Date you are needing your order by. Please note, there will be a fee for you to 'jump the queue' 

Yes you can!  If you would like to upgrade your shipping from standard tracked to Next Day tracked please reach out to me. Please note my turnaround time doesn't change, this only applies to the time it takes to deliver your item once I have dispatched.

Yes! I send all International orders via Royal Mail using the service 'International Tracked & Signed'. I use this service as you receive the same service as UK customers. You get to see the full journey from me to you!
